When Papa Gallo opened up there was an unknown but talented chef that began working with Jason the owner of Papa Gallo and Arad Evans. Jason realized that this chef had knowledge and a creative propensity towards the food that he wanted to serve in the new restaurant. He gained this chef's confidence by promising him the world, leading him on with the hope of a future partnership, pay raises, or as part of a franchise in the future. He invited the chef in his home to share meals, and have discussions about the future of Papa Gallo and the Chef, creating an atmosphere of trust. Little by little Jason was able to convince this chef to write down the recipes that the chef had created and to design the menu that was to be used. As soon as the chef had written down all the recipes that Jason wanted that chef was unceremoniously fired the day before his next shift and is now struggling to survive as Jason and Papa Gallo continue making money off of the stolen recipes.
