I've had both a wisdom tooth removal and a root canal performed at East Side, and both were extremely pleasant experiences with NO PAIN at all. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and both Dr. Konys and Dr. Katsarsky go to extra lengths to make sure that their patients aren't anxious when coming in for a procedure. They also schedule a consultation before any procedure so that you know exactly what they plan to do and what all of your options for treatment are. East Side is by far the best clinic in Syracuse for dental surgery and endodontics, and I recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I was incredibly anxious to have my first root canal after a recent poor experience at another dental office. I shared my concerns and was incredibly relieved when the staff listened to every concern and fear. Dr. Katsarsky and every staff member were kind, friendly, and did not make feel bad for asking 30 questions and practically panicking. They helped calm my nerves and helped me with a plan to make me feel at ease. Throughout the whole process they checked in with me, provided me with a blanket when I was cold, and made me feel comfortable. I truly cannot thank everyone at east side dental for such a positive experience and will highly recommend to everyone.
