I am just starting to get in to investing in precious metals. I went in with questions and they were very polite and took time to explain things to me. They helped me decide what types were in my best interest and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be going back again soon.

Have dealt with a number of other buyers of precious metals and coins. No one comes close to the professionalism and value of this company.

I just had a really nice experience and a really informative conversation with the customer service guy. He really was informative about some of the coins we had in the family. The coins have been sitting around forever and I never thought much of it until I had some spare time to get them checked out. I learned some great history about them and they ended up being almost $800, which was way more than I thought.

Me and my husband spent a day trying to sell some of my old jewelry and Upstate was our third stop. First off I have to say that the store was MUCH nicer than the other places we had been. The employee that helped us out was informative and professional. He ended up quoting us a little over $100 more than our highest previous offer. We liked what we heard but still wanted to check one more place. After hearing the same story we headed back to Upstate and sold for the amount we had discussed before. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer is referring to but it sounds like they might be a competitor. We had no problem returning and getting what was quoted to us.



I was so happy I decided to come back to get some jewelry repaired (the employee who helped me was also the jeweler).



If we ever need to sell anything we will be going back here only. The one complaint we have is the distance because we are coming all the way from Baldwinsville. Well worth the drive.
