Had tires put on my car from this shop because they said they specialize in low profile tires. They broke at least one of my tire sensors off and that has caused the light to be on in my car now at all times. There was no issue before. It took the guy over three hours to put the tires on and he was asked repeatedly by my husband if he wanted us to take them somewhere else. When we discovered that the tire sensor was broke off, the mechanic said it was laying in the tire. Lies. Now I have something rolling around inside one of my other tires and more than likely it is another tire sensor. I know have to take it to Toyota to get it looked at and the tire sensors are more than $135 a piece. They will not replace the sensors and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. I definitely do not recommend them at all. The staff is not very friendly and seems very inexperienced.
