Provided by YP.comI had ordered a sandwich for my husband, A ham, cheese, mayo, and mushrooms sub, and he didn't want it, I called them back to tell them I didn't want it, it was no more than 5 mins. She told me I couldn't cancel it, I had to buy it cause they already fixed it and put it in the oven. I said you said it would be 20-25 mins. She said well they already put it in the oven. So I took it anyway..... What happens to if you change your mind!!!!!! to bad !!!!! well I work for a restaurant and if someone changes their mind we just give them what they want.... satisfy the customer whatever it takes.. That's what I have always been taught..
