This man is a fraud. No customer service whatsoever and should not have a license in this field. He does not care about people. He is just out for the dollar not helping people. It seems like he rubs many people the wrong way from the looks of these posts. They do not return phone calls and even when I go in person, they do not let me talk to the doctor. Please do not support this mans business. My daughter had a 102 temperature and I needed to tend to her and stay home and called first thing Tuesday morning before opening at 5am and cancelled a 6pm appointment. Days later I received a 75.00 fee for a missed appointment. I called to explain to "doctor" and he would not take my call and the front office would simply say, fee stands. What kind of customer service is this that will not even talk to customers. I continue to get statements now with late charges of 10.00 more. This fee is ridiculous and the office staff are totally unprofessional in dealing with real people. I reported already to my insurance company. Does not deserve to be promoted as a preferred provider. Avoid Dr. Shikoff of Bensalem. I would rate a 0 but yellow pages seems to be nice enough not to allow me to rate a 0 of out 5.
