I've been using this pharmacy for over 11 years. They have always been kind and courteous. Whenever I need something over tne counter, the pharmacist helos me find it. Never a long wait like chain pharmacies. They also deliver which is a huge plus. If you are a regular customer they offer discounts on items in the store.I can't say anything bad about the service I get there.

This is my first child and I was hoping it to be a positive experiece. I went to 3D Imaging in hopes to find out the gender of my baby and get some wonderful pictures. What I got was a waste of money and time.



My husband and I showed up a few minutes late to our appointment because of an address error on the company website. As a result we were rushed through the ultrasound and were not given a definitive answer as to the gender of the baby. The ultrasound tech did a poor job taking pictures of the baby and didn't even stick around for them to print. We were told that she had another job to go to and had to leave. She literally ran out of the room wearing her coat and carrying her purse!



The package that we chose guarentees to determine the gender so we were told to come back another time, free of charge. My husband and I were disappointed because we wanted to know if it was a boy or girl before christmas and also because we had driven 50 minutes to get to the place.



It is now almost a month later and I have still not gone back for my appointment. I told them which days and times work and every apt. they offer isnt in the time slot. I told them that I wanted an appointment within the next two weeks or I wanted a refund. I got a phone call the next day with an appointment that did not work for me and was told I could not have a full refund. This ordeal still isn't over and I dont know how it will end.



It seems to me that New Care Pharmacy/ 3D Imaging for got the golden rule of their business "Never Piss Off a Pregnant Woman!"
