My experience with this builder Tom (Thomas) Snyder. 130 Elmwood Ave, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053. I have purchased his newly build house. A punch list of problems in the house was provided to him at the time of closing of house which was to be addressed by Tom within 30 days after closing. This builder, Thomas (Tom) Snyder never addressed the punch list fully. He did not pick up majority of phone calls or return calls. He did not reply many of my e-mails. He left middle of working on one problem and never came back to finish. Left construction trash on property and refused to remove.

House had a one year warranty. Problems occurred in first year were reported to Tom before end of the year of warranty. Tom did not address many of them and refused to address even item was under warranty.

Thomas (Tom) Snyder may furnish incorrect information or altered document to sell his property/service. He sells house with his name instead of business name. Doesn't it tell anything?

He does not seem quality conscious.

It seems he is also affiliated with Snyder Home Remodeling, 130 Elmwood Ave, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053.

Diane Gable of Long & Foster company (Levittown) is his realtor agent generally.

Update

Per sale-contract, Tom was supposed to provide Natural Gas connection to our house. Instead, he gave us a propane gas tank saying that this area does not have natural gas line available. After closing on home, we found that this area has natural gas line available before even Tom built the house. We paid for natural gas connection to Tom already and now we have to pay again to PECO for gas connection. We contacted Tom to help us on this situation but as closing was done already, Tom refused to do anything. Obviously, he lied to us so he can put more free money in his pocket.

It seems Tom is using his influence in court cases and complaint against him. He uses Long & Foster realtor (Levittown) office staff to cover his mess. Not sure if Long & Foster upper management is aware of this.

Tom need serious help.
