Belmor is a wonderful place to live! The manager Donna and her staff are more than kind. The park is clean and quiet. In may they were fixing the place up so it was a bit messy with the construction but now it’s beautiful! New homes are being added and they are absolutely ravishing! If you are in the market you should come see my beautiful community and see the new homes!

$800/mo rent plus payment for your home is about $1000/mo!!

Manager and landscapers do not care about tenants. The park is very dirty and noisy. They pile dirt and shrubs next to my home without a care. I have video footage that documents this. You will have to wash your car every three days just to keep it clean.

I have been a resident of Belmor since 1997.

Anybody who gives Belmor higher then a failing grade is lying to you.

It's a beautiful park close to shopping and bus service. residents in park mostly friendly. Management not so friendly. Especially one Nancy L. Evans, resident manager. She's cranky with residents and seems to make up her own rules, and rent for your trailor space keeps going up, ( approx. $680 ) and the internet service is still slower the dial-up. You can have relatives staying with you, even as care takers without giving $40 for criminal back ground check, show finacial statement,job history, social security number, and employment information. I'm disabled and on social security. I've been here in my parents home,which is paid for, nursing my 86yr. old mother back to health after knee surgery. My father had C.O.P.D. and Lymphoma. I've done the cooking, cleaning, shopping and trips to the doctor, etc. I took care of my wonerful father 24/7 until he passed away on Feb. 25th. My brother and I are now in the process of getting things in order for my mother, which isn't an easy job. besides the financial. there's work on the house and yard. We're very neat and clean about every thing we do. We'll be going back to our own homes when business is taken car of. Nancy L. Evans has threatened to evict us this friday, whether we're done or not. If you're an elderly, I don't recomend this park. When my dad was alive, she was very rude to him also. Definately not the way of a Christian. She needs lots of prayer.
