I ate at this restaurant for the second time last weekend and it was the most horrible service ever. It took a very long time for our food to come which I understood since it was busy. However what made it the WORSE was what I ordered was UNDER COOKED. I ordered the Country Fried steak breakfast. After I got my food and started eating it I noticed that the texture of the meat was very soft and raw like. I started to look at it which was entirely pink underneath the breading! My boyfriend who was sitting across from the table even noticed it looked raw like too. So I finally got the attention of my waitress and manager. Both agreed it looked under cooked and the manager sent it back to the kitchen. Not one of them apologized, all they did was send it back to the kitchen. So I waited again and still nothing came back. At this point I wanted to leave because I was feeling nauseous from the thought of eating some raw meat. As the manager came by I asked for the check and boxes. He offered to give me new eggs/hash browns but I declined. He got the boxes right away however after another 15 mins no check came. My bf and I got up to head to the front desk since no check arrived. We decided to leave all our food at the table instead of keeping it. At the front desk the girl rang up our total and the manager came over again. I told him no one gave us our check all he said was I thought some one was going to bring it to you. I told him no one apologized for the food being under cooked and this was the worst service I've ever had. So all we paid for was my bf's meal and our drinks. This was his first time there and I was asking him for MONTHS to eat there since it looked like a nice place to eat. I will not be back again. It was the worst experience ever.

Great breakfast BAD lunch&dinner

First off, their service is not great! They are slow and unorganized! Team work among the servers would work wonders!
Given that....the Breakfast plates are HUGE and Flavorful so I continue to go for breakfast! Lunch & Dinner is nothing but a pile of French Fries and small portions! If I had never eaten breakfast there and went for the first time for L or D I would never have returned!!;(
Note to management ...... Better train you Entire STAFF!
