Provided by YP.comWork down the road, have taken car there several times. After visiting other places, I took a chance and went here. Dean, recommended I follow up with dealer and see if item was still under warranty before shelling out big bucks. Appreciate being able to drop off car and get back same day. I'm not the greatest with appts , so being walk in is perfect. Great specials! Easy and convenient. Will go here from now on.

Provided by YP.comTook in my truck from my cousin. Never contacted me the owner, started work on the brakes for the front stating all of it needed to be replaced. Next thing you know the spindle, bearing and rear brakes need to be done. $790 quote goes to $2000. Still no one calls me to authorize the work, they just do it, no signature nothing. I just had the brakes fully replaced less than 2 years ago, and had recently inspected my front and rear in preparation for suspension work I was going to do. I would not have authorized $2000 worth of work when I am very inclined to do my own work, especially on a $700 truck. Called and talked to Ed, he lied to me about trying to contact me, lied to me about the drum shoes, lied to me about the paperwork, lied to me about the spindle (said it can't be found new, found it on Google in like 30s), and told me he couldn't help me.
Terrible shop that doesn't follow the law or even respectful procedures like contacting the owner. They just wanted to jack up the costs and earn some more before the year ends. I priced everything it would have cost $756+tax and 8 hours of work. The trucks been in the shop for almost 4 days. Incredible incompetence.

After my experience with Bucky's I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They partially fixed my cars issue (they replaced a computer relay sensor and spark plugs) but most importantly they misdiagnosed my car. Telling me I needed to replace my engine that it wasn't holding any compression or oil pressure, which I found odd since that was not an issue prior to going into their shop nor was my oil light ever on. The day I showed up to have my car towed, the mechanics had completely drained my battery, adding to insult informed me rudely that I needed a new battery (once again, this was not an issue prior to my car going in) They also left my car pulled apart, never bothered putting it back together. Left my driver's window rolled down in the pouring rain and since they drained my battery completely we couldn't roll it up. It took them 15-20 minutes to get them to help load the car up and me pointing out my window to get any assistance with it. Once they hooked the car up to a battery charger they continued to tell me I should take it to a dealer to have the window relays checked out. Needless to say I took my car elsewhere to have a second opinion done. Turns out the engine does NOT need to be replaced, but does need a new battery since they drained mine. It's sad to see auto repair shops like this try to take advantage of people, misdiagnosing their vehicles in hopes of cashing in on it. Shame on you Bucky's!
