Provided by YP.comWe are so sorry to hear that we have received a bad review. We take great pride in repairing RV's and our customer service skills. This motor home came into our shop for a water leak. On the way to us the motor home broke down. We do offer mobile calls as part of our service and the rate for this is $150.00 per hour. HOWEVER because this customer expressed they were on a budget and were already on the way to us for investigating a water leak we went to where the motor home was broke down and got it started to get it to our shop. Once at our shop we found that there was a belt missing on the emission smog pump. The motor home is a bit older so it did take a day or so to find the correct belt. We attempted 4 belts, NOT at customer expense. Our diagnostic took well over 3 hours. Our shop rate is $110.00 per hour. We only charged the customer $75.00 in diagnostic fees as again the customer expressed that they were on a budget. Customer choose not to fix water leak after hearing diagnostic. Charged customer for Belt and Diagnostic. Never once did the customer express unhappiness with our service, or repair of vehicle. Customer did not contact us about motor home break down after leaving our shop. Again we pride our selves in our customer service and hope that we can retain them as a customer.

Provided by YPmobileI took my motor home to this company. I asked to be notified on things that would need to be done so I can work things in my budget. The mechanic reassured me that they would do so. I didn't hear anything for a few days which made me have to call to check on what they were doing to my vehicle. They let me vehicle sit there for a good few days before even doing anything with it. I was given several different excuses as to why they weren't working on it and it boiled down to they were already too busy to even look at mine. About a week later and me calling to check on progress (seeing as how if I didn't they would forget about me), they finally stated that they replaced the belt. (You see the original problem was a backfire popping problem . The shop charged me $75 for a diagnostic which I was told did sooooo many things in the beginning but now the diagnostic hardly covered anything. After the shop reassured me the backfire problem was FIXED my husband tried to drive it home and got nearly a mile before it did the same thing. Now that they have the been paid they say we would have had to pay more to get it fixed basically. What kind of business is this? Lies to its customers like my money is not worth anything? What a rip off!! I am furious with the customer service, lack of respect for customer, NON communication between employees and clients, they are basically thieves!!!! They took my money, held my motor home for ransom while it sat there so I would have a reason to pay them and said oh well when we complained the work was so under par we couldn't even get out rv HOME! BBB report here I come!
