We seriously love pets! We provide care in your home for most household pets with the loving attention they need according to your specific instructions. (We do not provide services for farm animals. We also don't provide pet boarding or dog daycare.) Some of what we do: Feed, water, walk, exercise, play, give medications, clean up "accidents', clean up litter and yard, monitor health and safety of each pet. Take in mail, newspapers, check doors, windows, change lighting, care for plants, take out trash or recycle, give your home that "lived in" look. Take pets to vet appointments, purchase and deliver pet food and supplies, run other household errands as requested. Think of us as the nanny for your pets, and the caretaker for your home. Time to move on

After having used Ms. Edson at the Sitters for several years, I made the decision of locating a new sitter to care for my pets. Simply put, I'd been made to feel scolded and guilty for such minor offenses repeatedly during my pet care visits enough times, that I found myself on edge before and after each trip, fearing what I had done wrong THIS time. Frankly, it's bad enough one must go out of town on business and hire a sitter to care for a home with pets, but to contend with a sitter who is either clearly overwhelmed by either too much work, is tired and cranky, complacent or all of the above. Well, those shouldn't be my problems, should they? This is a customer service field. Caring for pets involves caring for owners too. And this is where the owner of this business falls short. My neighbor also reported seeing my sitter leave before my scheduled visits were over. I wasn't too pleased about that either.
