Washington Merchant Patrol security guards have attitudes and act like their real police officers. Everytime you call their office because of issues in the apartment complex in which I live, the dispatch people have been rude and short tempered. To make matters worse, half the time, security doesn't even show up. This isn't an isolated issues either. I have spoken with other tenants about Washington Merchant Patrol, and they to have had similar issues. Security is suppost to come around a few times during the night and do a physical walk-around around the complex grounds and they don't. Instead they drive in and then drive back out just as quickly as they came. One security guard they have, who's name is Jeremy--has a real ego problem. Watch out for him if your a woman because he likes to get into your face. If you confront him about the job their doing (like not coming around like their suppost to) he will become combative and argumentative with you. I even called the company and the man refused to give me his name and told me to mind my own business. I told my son and his friends to stay away from and if they see him, get on their bikes and come home.
