They were very conscientious of their work, including cleanup each day. The work was completed in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

Provided by YP.comInstalled a new deck using pressure treated lumber. Finished the project as promised. Deck started showing signs of wear in 3 months. In 3 months, Wood started warping, splitting and a knot hole popped out. Joe refused to take the ownership citing contract, and that the material warranty is limited to 1 month. I agree with the contract and was ready to pay to replace a few boards. They dont take my call anymore and does not respond to emails. I took the opinion from a few local contractors and they all agreed that the material used is not a good quality and that 3 months is too quick for wood to warp and split. I will stay away from anyone who refuse to take ownership for their work.
We appreciate Mr Gopal's business and spent a bit of time with him before we signed the contract to explain the differences in the decking choices. We explained to him that the treated lumber is the entry level decking and that he could expect possible shrinkage, cracking and warping with this product. We also explained to him that we do not warranty any wood products. I don't know of another contractor that does. This is also explained in our contract that he read and signed. WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING FOR ONE MONTH AS HE CLAIMS. When Mr Gopal called me to inform me that he wanted me to replace a couple of deck boards that had shrunk, Free of charge, I told him that we do not warranty wood deck boards. He said that he would pay to have them replace. I told him that because we were booked solid for the next several weeks and because of the distance between our office and his home, he would have to wait until we could get a chance to get there. Mr Gopal made several calls every week about this matter. I told him that he would have to be patient but he continued to call two or three times every week. At this point I decided that I would not take any more of his calls.

Provided by YP.comDon't hire this company. Did not fulfill contract. Marginal work at best and if you want what you pay for, get every last little detail spelled out in contract or don't hire. If you don't get it in the contract, its your word against his. My neighbors and I were fooled by his website too because the website makes you believe this business is located at a commercial site. It is not!
Custom Decks Plus LLC did fulfill this contract. The customer asked for 12" footings and we installed 12" footings. After the footings and piers were backfilled, the customer asked why the cement was not 12" at grade level. He does not understand the difference between a footings and piers. Also, this customer accused my crew of stealing his needle bar (spud bar ). we keep two needle bars on all our trucks and he saw one of my guys using one of our needle bars and assumed that it was his. There were crews from other companies there at the same time and one of those crews were moving large boulders around with, guess what ? yes, a needle bar. When I collected the final payment, the customer said that he was very satisfied with the work. It wasn't until the following spring that he wrote this review.
