Fenton Vision is beyond any doubt one of the best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr Alvarado and his staff are super nice and very professional. I would recommend them to any age and all who are looking for a great place for eye exams.

Extremely unfriendly staff, customer service is a joke. overpriced products with a very limited selection, cheapest frames start at 156.00 and a product warranty that really isn't. Charged over $600 for a pair of basic frames with anti glare and transition polycarbonate lens, even with insurance was still $202 out of pocket they broke after 3 months. Because we put a drop of superglue you can't even see on them trying to fix broke arm we voided the warranty, say what! So, don't say ANYTHING about glue. I will NEVER recommend them.

Im huge about spending my money on local businesses normally because they have that warm welcoming and friendly environment. This is NOT the case here! Their staff does not go above and beyond..... They barely do the minimum! There is hardly any selection in glasses. I was told by the dr that the staff would explain a new treatment for dry eye (while the assistant was standing there listening to the dr tell me) ... I went in the front picked out my glasses (with no help or input from the staff) ordered contacts from them. I asked the staff that was helping me about the new dry eye stuff and she blew me off.... Came back 3 days later to get my prescription so I could have discounted lenses placed in the frames I bought from them and they refused to give me my measurments stating "it's our job to sell you lenses". Mind you I just spent $300 between contacts and frames. Any place that doesn't want to help their patients save the extra buck is no place I want to go!

Limited selection of frames. I was sold defective contact lenses and they would not replace or refund. My visit itself was fine. Very comprehensive exam.

Every time you enter this place there is new staff! Im not sure why the office has such turn around on staff but it does make you wonder! I went in there to have my glasses adjusted and it appeared to have chaos going on. You can tell that their staff isnt happy. Their prices are very high!!!!!!!!! I feel like there is something very weird going on there, I have been a long time patient and personally have seen 3 different managers in the last 16 months. There is only 1 girl that I can recognize when I go in there and she isnt the most polite person either. This makes me feel uneasy trusting them with both myself and my elderly mothers care.
