Provided by YP.comI am so happy I brought my 9 year old dog to the Pointe !! There very honest professional and make you feel comfortable. They don’t try to push things your animal doesn’t need . Dr. Chris and Staff are First Class and Ive recommended them to my friends as there very caring people . Very happy I took him there !!! I highly recommend them !!!!

Provided by YP.comThis veterinary was recommended to me. Today I called first thing cause my dog had an injured leg for two weeks. We tried treating it ourselves.... To no avail. The vet made room for me to bring my pet in immediately even tho they had a surgery scheduled. I'm am so impressed and thankful! They did NOT overcharge me and they were so kind!! This is my new vet!!! Thank you for all you did for Ruby today!!

Provided by YP.comDr. Chris is amazing with dogs and very knowledgable! Would highly recommend! He has a great bedside manner, is very thorough, doesn't make you feel rushed, and patient with questions.

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible customer service. They forgot to send us home with pain meds and didn't sell us a cone. Of course the stitches were open the very next morning so I took my dog in and the vet gave ME major attitude and treated me like it was MY fault! REALLY?! and then sent me home without telling me when to bring my dog back in to get the staples out. My husband called and left a complaint on their voicemail and haven't heard from them since! STAY AWAY!

Provided by SuperpagesMy daughter bought a puppy at Gen. County Humane Society. This vet was paired with a program through there, and she got her follow up care at this vet for puppy shots and check ups. She liked them.

Provided by SuperpagesWhen our cat went into convulsions at 11:00 AM on a Wednesday morning, no veterinarian at Pointe was going to be available until later in the afternoon. We finally ended up driving our cat to an emergency hospital 20+ miles away, incurring a $900 bill and our cat died that evening.
