Terrible! I had to leave a message because NO ONE answered the phone. Apparently this is a common occurrence because the message is very matter of fact that they will get to you, eventually.



It took all afternoon and into the morning before I got a phone call regarding pricing on my Kodak #10 ink refills- color and black. They wanted me to pay nearly $3 more for a used and refilled cartridge and I can't recall how much for color- somewhere really near the retail price.



Between the long wait call back and the high prices skip this place. Try getting your ink from Amazon.
