The owner stated she would gladly make choc. pacifiers for a baby shower that I was giving my sister when I inquired about 3 mo before the event. About 2-3 weeks prior to the event, as per her request I went in person to place the order and pay for them. At that time the owner declined to do so... She then stated it was too hard and she didn't want to do it.....
