We used Cleaning Authority for 6 months. Each time they came, I noticed more and more damage to my home (knicks in the walls, paint off the base boards, dents in my bedroom furniture). I called and asked if they could be aware of this damage and please be more careful. Their response was “Sorry”. We had our home cleaned every other week. When we signed up, I told them we leave the house around 7am and return around 5pm. I asked if it would be an issue to have our home cleaned within those hours. They assured me that it would not be an issue. Two times, we came home at 5pm and they had not been there yet. I would have been more understanding if they had called me and let me know. I had to call them. On one of these late cleanings, my husband took our kids to my parents but I stayed home. They put all of their cleaning supplies on the carpet in the living room. As they cleaned they came back to get cleaning supplies and dripped dirty water on the carpet requiring me to steam clean after they left. Save your self a head ache and find a more professional and worth while cleaning service.

This is the worst place to work. The owner bends the rules to benifit her. It is not equal opportunities. It is all about what benifits the company and forget what is good for the employees. And she over charges customers all the time. If I were you, I'd do some searching. You can find a better price for the samy quality.
