Laura is extremely rude and should be fired. Not only has she been rude to me on several occasions but I have witnessed her behavior towards others as well. To find out she is the manager is very disturbing and I would be embarrassed to own this franchise. After reading extensive reviews on Yelp and google about her behavior I feel validated in my concerns. Extremely disheartening that the owner does not listen to their customers. Obviously Laura should not be working in a customer service setting and should definitely be let go.

Love this salon. Staff greets you with a smile. Super knowledgeable about all products. They treat you like a friend instead of just a customer. Willing to answer any questions you have and explain everything so eloquently. The atmosphere here is relaxing and happy. They wish everyone a great rest of day when you leave. Love this place. Their positive attitudes and friendliness is why I am a sun club member. Can't say enough great things about this establishment. The staff is Amazing. If you are in the area, make sure to stop in. You won't be disappointed. Love it
