We offer a home-like environment that maximizes independence. Our facilities are found on both the east and west side of lower Michigan. Fenton is our east side location, consisting of three state of the art facilities. Our west side location is found in Otsego, just south of Grand Rapids. Both locations offer easy access to restaurants, shopping, parks, freeways, and much more.
