Very happy with the customer service and quality of the work. The owner returned my phone call the next day as he stated on his voicemail. Brandon, the young gentleman who cleaned our carpet was just awesome. He was very polite, so accommodating and went above and beyond for me. I can't say enough about his professionalism and kind demeanor. Aim's Customer service is impeccable and our carpet looks beautiful! Very impressed overall.

I'm so impressed with this company not only was it impressive. But they were prompt and very professional. My carpets haven't been cleaned in 3 years. I thought I was in need of new carpet. Which would have cost me a few thousand dollars. Which I didn't want to spend at the time. A friend of mine recommend Aim. So I figured why not. I was thrilled to hear my carpet was worth saving . But they got every stain out . Even a few pet stains I had tried to get out myself to no avail. I strongly recommend the deep scrub as this was the difference between getting new carpet and saving me my own. And reducing the cost for me out of pocket. I loved Steven my technican. As he was very friendly and polite. And helped move some furniture that hadn't been moved in years. Very pleased with my outcome and would recommend again to any one of my friends and family. I will remain an Aim customer for years to come. Thank you guys very much

We had the carpets in our 2 bedrooms cleaned last week. In one bedroom, we had some pet stains. We weren't sure that they would come up because the carpet was light. However, they came out and it looked great. He also used the scrub broom because of cat hair and carpter fibers. It was amazing. We could not believe how much hair and fibers it pulled up. I would definitely recommend AIM!

Just had the carpets cleaned. They did an amazing job. The carpets were pretty bad due to an older ventilation system. There were dust outlines of our furniture throughout the apartment, which had been cleaned once before by another company. Jim came in and started scrubbing away with a scrub broom after treating the carpet. Never seen that but he lifted so much dirt and hair. Then the cleaning part came. I can't explain how much better it is but I will be using AIM as our cleaner for any other job. Highly recommended and extremely professional and polite.

I bought a Groupon for AIM to come do duct cleaning in the house. The Groupon states that they would clean 8 ducts, 1 return vent and 1 main line for $39. Great deal! So they came, and then the games started. I actually had 9 ducts, so to get the 9th duct cleaned was an extra $10. No problem there. Then they said every bend in the main line counted as a separate main line. So even though I only have 1 main duct shaft, they counted it as FIVE. In order to get the whole shaft done, it would be an extra $50 per shaft, plus an extra $20 for every access panel they had to create. So 4 extra main lines with 4 extra access panel would have been an additional $280. Then they said I had 2 grates covering my return vent. Each grate counted as a separate return, running me another $15. In total, they wanted to charge me and extra $305. Totally ridiculous. I told them I would pay for the 9th duct and the additional return vent. They agreed, but were a little pushy in trying to get me to pay for the additional main lines. I don't believe it stated anywhere on the Groupon how they counted main lines and return vents. I was very disappointed. To top it off, they checked my clothes dryer venting tube. They said that the tube was filthy and needed to be cleaned. They were right. They then tried to charge me $89 to clean the 10 foot tube. I told them they were out of their minds and that I could buy a brand new tube for about $10. They acknowledged that was the case and then told me they could do it for $69. At that point I was literally laughing at how ridiculously hard they were trying to get me to buy extra services. They finally said, "it's an old style tube that wouldn't survive a fire and should be replaced." Well, then why are you offering to clean it for me for $69? I told them to no thanks and that their job was done here. On the positive note, they did an excellent job with the cleaning I did allow them to do, even taking pictures to show me before and after. On more negative notes, we have a 3 week old baby in the house and they gave no warning about how loud the equipment was going to be (hint: incredibly loud). I would have appreciated the opportunity to get her out of the house. They also didn't wear any shoe coverings. That's something I've seen higher end companies do as a courtesy to ensure they don't track their dirty work boots through the house. I will not be using AIM again for anything.



UPDATE 4/17/13 - I'm pleased to report that I received a call from Jim, the owner of the company, after he heard about our poor experience. He agreed that it sounded like they could have done a better job and offered to come out and clean the rest of the ducts in my house. I'm not sure that's necessary, but it's very obvious Jim cares about how his company is run and how his employees act as the face of the company. I certainly appreciated his response and feel confident if I did use them again, Jim would make sure everything was up to a much higher standard.

They called to update me their arrival (I love that even if the appointment is set a heads up is great)









They arrived promptly as scheduled and had a very professional manner. They cleaned the vents first (so that any dust from that would be cleaned when the carpets were done) and then the carpet.









I'm so glad I decided to have the Venus cleaned! They found dry wall pices and a pitot air chip bag amongst other things-yuck. I feel so much better after seeing their before and after pics, cause I know I will be breathe ring easier and healthy now.









The carpet is at least five years old and have not been cleaned in a year. I have a cat and dog, it was starting to show wear and tear. They carpets look amazing!









While they were here I had them clean my mattress and two chairs. They came out better than expected and were half the cost compared to another company I researched.









Overall I'm very pleased and will be using them again

I just had my carpets leaned by Aim and they did a fabulous job! They cleaned up the mess the previous carpet cleaners left and the floors all look outstanding.

I have tried many different carpet cleaning companies. I am so impressed with the knowledge and results that I received from this company. It has been 10 weeks since they were here and my carpets still look great!

I had an elderly dog who lost control of her systems and I simply gave up trying to keep my carpet clean. When she passed I called Aim Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning Company

It was so bad that I was told by a real estate agent that It would be virtually impossible to

sell my home. Jim from Aim carpet and Air Duct Cleaning came and my carpets have never looked or smelled better even after 10 weeks.

I am completely sold and they will always be my carpet cleaning company of choice.

Jim and his staff came to perform services on my A/C ducts, my girlfriend asked them to take off their shoes because we recently had the carpet "cleaned" by another local company that starts with a B..that's all I'll say. Jim and his associate were astonished that we had our carpets serviced just a week prior. I, being an uninformed consumer on carpet cleaning and such, did not set the proper expectation level and thought the stains on the carpet that couldn't come out the first time were just permanant. After they efficiently completed the A/C vent service, Jim asked me if he could clean the carpets b/c I got ripped off to say the least. They hauled in all their equipment from the van, and really did a really thorough job on what they volunteered to do. It's somewhat disturbing the difference between what Jim's team did and the prior. Just on the regular carpet there was a visible difference and they got all the stains out, I was quite amazed. Jim also treated his team with respect and they worked together very well; both were extremely polite. At the end of the day, the service, results, passion, and price can't be beat. I'll surely recommend and think everyone who needs these services should be calling Jim!.

This story is amazing, and speaks to the professionalism of this company and Jim in particular. I had a discount voucher for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. After performing this service with exceptional thoroughness and efficiency, they checked my ducts. To my dismay and embarrassment, they found and documented a considerable amount of lint, dust and cigarette butts caked on the walls. Imagine my astonishment as i just had the ducts cleaned (scrubbed/sanitized) 10 days earlier by another company. Not only did Jim provide me with a tremendous cleaning for my carpets, but also insisted on cleaning my ducts properly at no charge. Without hesitation, I will use Aim for all future carpet and duct cleaning.

Completely pleased with the service. Jim was amazing and a true professional. Our house was on the cleaner side, but seeing the before and after proved to us that their services is essential to any household.

The job they did was amazing. I had my air ducts cleaned 10 years ago and the previous company did not do the job like Aim did. I was shown the ducts before and after and they took the time to explain all their observations and did not pressure me to buy anything I did not need or want. They did such a great job I had them do my parents air ducts and carpets. I have also recomended them to several of my friends and coworkers. If you want the job done efficiently and correct these are the guys to hire!!!

What an amazing company and crew!! They were here on time, they left no mess at all, they were very kind and pleasant to talk to. My carpet looks and smells better than when I installed it! I am so grateful for the work they performed. Most reasonable by far in price comparison. I would say I got more than my moneys worth.
