Horrible, terrible service at this store!! Do not go to this store. When entering, they have a "greeter" and hopefully it will not be Hilo (not sure of spelling). They ask how you need help and then are suppose to put your name on a list (in the order that you enter the store) but it doesn't work that way. If you ask for a manager, you go to the head of the line. If you are a previous employee, you go to the head of the line. If you don't have a clue what you need, you go to the head of the line. If you know the special question of the day (who knows what that is....), you go to the head of the line. If you ask questions about the order of service or appear unhappy about their service, Hilo will be sure to tell you "Bye, Bye" in her most who gives a care attitude voice!!

The customer service in this AT&T store was excellent. They knew exactly how to troubleshoot and fix the problems I was having. Service with a smile!
