i wish i could give them no stars...after giving them way to many chances i am done with this company. they dont show up...they are always sick or have some emergency....what a joke...i spent 30 mintues on the phone with the owner trying to help him with his scheduling issues....and the next time they dont show up...



Completely unprofessional

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. I purchased this Groupon in January, and was told there were no openings until May. I let it wait until September, and scheduled them for 11/12/12. I called and left a message to confirm the appointment on 11/9, with no response. That should have been my first clue. On 11/12/12, after moving doctor's appointments and making arrangements for my dog, as well as making plans with my husband, I waited...and waited...called and left a message...waited some more...They never showed up, and never called. As far as I'm concerned, a company that can't be trusted to keep an appointment or to make any efforts to communicate with a customer, CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO BE IN YOUR HOME. Groupon has already graciously refunded my purchase.

Caveman Cleaning is the perfect cleaning company for me. Being a single and older gentleman, I have a hard time cleaning my home and Caveman Cleaning solved this problem for me! I have been using them for 8 months and don't have a single complaint about them. They always accommodate my needs, are always on time, leave my house spotless EVERY time, and you won't find a better price!

CAVEMAN CLEANING IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!! Don’t waste your time or money with these people! After reading other reviews, I had the same scheduling problems that many others experienced. I purchased a package through Groupon & had issues with them EVERY month! They either had to reschedule each month, or simply did not show up. One month they had to mysteriously close their business?!? The final straw was when they rescheduled twice in the same week, then sent an e-mail the night before at 11:30pm to inform me they wouldn’t be there in the morning. Each session, 2 of them came for 3 hours & there were still key things being completely missed. One month they forgot to vacuum the entire 2nd floor and empty trash cans. The next month they failed to dust on the first floor. Another month they skipped the tub in our only full bathroom. They are very nice people, but don’t know how to run a successful business, and really aren’t very good at cleaning! Trust me….the favorable reviews you read about this company are either family members, or customers that don’t know any better. Save yourself a lot of aggravation & don’t hire Caveman Cleaning Company!!!

I took a total of 1-1/2 days off work to wait for appointments....the first one all of a sudden my appointment got pushed back a week, although nobody knows why, even when I confirmed with them 3 days before, the next one they called an hour before the appt to tell me one of them was sick, and today i didnt even get a phone call! This place has no sense of customer service skills and I've reported them to the BBB - The owner himself promised me my appointment today and he was going to PERSONALLY come clean himself......Well Ronnie Williams, I am still waiting???

I love love love Caveman Cleaning! They are absolutely the best at what they do and you CAN'T beat their prices!

I purchased the groupon in January, and have been waiting until now for an appointment. I originally had a first appointment date of 6-9, but they did not call and did not show up. I called them, and they rescheduled for today; and again did not call and did not show up. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I'm not giving them a third shot.

Forget about them. They're too busy!

I bought a 12-cleaning Groupon in January for nearly $500 and have yet to get my house cleaned. When I called in January, the earliest appointment they had was today - May 31! The owner was nice and said he would honor the Groupon no matter the expiration and I took the May 31 date. Today, I got an email saying someone was in an accident and they didn't have anyone to come clean and would try to find "an available date." Who knows when that will be! I can't even reach them by phone. They return calls at the end of the day. They might do a great job but if they never come, what good does it do?! I'm tired of waiting . . .

I've been having them clean my house every week for a year and I don't know how I ever got along without them! They make my life so much easier and give me the extra time to spend with my family!

Great cleaning crew at a great price! They also allow you to create a custom plan for your home which is really a huge plus.

THEY ARE AWESOME!! I WILL BE CALLING CAVEMAN CLEANING FOR ALL MY DIRTY JOBS!!
