Beware of this moving company. As a recent customer of Arrow Moving And Storage, in Colorado Springs, with a military move through them, I truly regret to inform other people through this review that one of their two movers assigned to my move felt compelled to steal several hundred dollars of jewelry from me...out of a suitcase which was not moved by them.



This man is very artful, knew exactly what he was doing, knew full well that there would be no possible way to hold him accountable, since he simply lifted the jewelry from a suitcase pocket when no one was watching him, and on paper, the suitcase was not touched by them, as it was not a moved item. As of course he knew he would, he has cleanly gotten away with it. How very conveniently it all worked out.



Absent any reparation from Arrow Moving And Storage, even the simple willingness to confront their movers, I am leaving this review so others can be aware of what might very well happen if hiring this company, at least depending on the movers they get. If it's the movers I had, expect things to be stolen...unless you never take your eyes off them. And to have to do that is pathetic. Consider yourself warned.
