Absolutely horrible. Avoid any and all of their properties if you can. They don't care about you or your belongings. My building and another have had multiple break - ins and their response was that the storage lockers downstairs were store at your own risk. They didn't even think it was necessary or common courtesy to send out a letter letting the building know that there had been multiple break-ins within a couple months of each other. Also, maintenance is terrible, left both my front and back door unlocked all day after entering while I wasn't home. I had several expensive things stolen. They basically said there was nothing they could do. Horrible property managers and horrible corporate.

Long history of mistreating their customers, extremely dishonest people who use bullying as a tactic to remove people from their homes.
