Our Company Founded in 1959, then called Fergus Bus Service, transportation was provided to the Fergus Falls School Dist. Upon the sale of the company in 1973, the name was changed to Ottertail Coaches, Inc. In addition to our school bus fleet, we have 6 over-the-road motor coaches, providing a variety of transportation services to groups in Detroit Lakes, Alexandria, Fergus Falls, Breckenridge, Pelican Rapids and the surrounding lakes area. From 1959 to the present, Ottertail Minn-Dakota Coaches, Inc. has provided exceptional transportation services to Fergus Falls, Otter Tail County and the surrounding communities. Our Employees Our mechanical staff has over 45 years of experience collectively. We employ 85 drivers of school bus, van, motor coach, and semi-truck vehicles. Training and skill enhancement is a continual process, drivers are kept up to date on changing state laws and procedures.
