Had a nightmare with this company, ordered 13 windows with brown outsides most windows were scratch when they arrived, my contractor installed them. Their rep came out to adjust windows and fix paint, he bad mouthed the company and my contractor, he could not fix all scratches had to come back. When they came back they spilled brown paint on my concrete driveway, I was home and they never told me. Third trip they got paint off driveway. One window was shipped to me with 6 holes drilled in it, because they put the hinge on the wrong side then switched it. They would not pay for the window or ship a new one and pay to have it installed, they offered us half price of the window saying that was their cost( 100 markup) We never agreed to that, The president spoke with our contractor and said their warranty only covered cost of window, this was a window sent to us with holes in it totally their screw up but not covered by them in full......interesting....So if you like several service trips and many mistakes by all means go with these guys...I should have gone with Pella. After this was posted Vector windows contacted me and made good for the cost of the window, I will live with a repaired window and they paid the full cost of window not installation but cost of window.
