I went there on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:45 and asked if I could drop my car off for an oil change. The manager said that he had 4 cars ahead of me and that he wasn't sure they'd have time to get to it. The place is open until 8:00pm and we're talking about a 15 minute oil change! Really???

I recently went to tire kingdom to have my car looked over before a long trip and the service manager and technician had found a couple things wrong with my car, they showed me their full checklist and brought me out to my car to look at what was wrong and sure enough my valve cover was leaking oil and my brakes were bad, I let them repair my vehicle and it didn't take theme long at all, will definitely have to come back on a regular basis.

BEWARE, STAY AWAY, the manager is a total liar. He told me that the defective tire I was trying to buy and match-up with my other 3-tires wasnt available any longer when it was a FLAT-OUT LIE, as I found the tire at another Tire Kingdom location in the Jacksonville area less than 30-miles away!!!

Would NEVER shop here again... went in early this year with a flat tire. They repaired tire and when I asked if we could make the trip home safely ... they ended up selling us 4 new tires. (We were driving a small Jaguar with out of state plates). Once they started working on the car we were also told we needed new struts - - WRONG!! We brought our car to the dealership service department and they stated our struts did NOT NEED replacing. So glad we did not have this expensive repair done. I did contact the main company after we returned home and lodged a complaint. I believe this open site is a more appropriate place to post a comment. Be informed -- be aware!
