Shabby and run down, not very clean. A wait of an hour and a half with no one in the waiting room is excessive. One woman at the front desk was friendly enough, but the rest of the staff is sullen and unpleasant. The dr was ok, I got what I needed, but wouldn't go back again unless I absolutely had to.
