Dennis and his crew installed our new duct work, and installed our high efficiency furnace. I can't believe how prompt the service was! They were able to make it to our home within half an hour for an estimate! Not many places can do that, especially in November. He made it easy to work with us, and our work schedules. They arrived right on time on Monday morning, and they were completely done by 2:30! I couldn't believe the skill and efficiency among Dennis and his crew. They were friendly and polite, although I did my best to keep out of their hair. I did the worst thing a homeowner can do, which is ask for a service that wasn't initially discussed (I needed new venting for my hot water heater) and I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and it was completed that same day. His crew really helped me with an otherwise very overwhelming project. I would recommend this company to anyone. There was no upselling, no pressuring of any kind. Just an honest, hardworking professional willing to exceed his customer's expectations.

Oh, and as a tip! They prefer cash or check instead of credit cards.

I called on Friday because the heat in my building was off, they said they could come out that afternoon. At 5:30 I called because no one had come yet, and they told me they couldn't send someone out til Monday. By Monday morning, the temperature in my building was 35 degrees. Two hours after they we supposed to show, I saw the repair man at a business across the street. It is now 3 hours after my scheduled appointment and still no one... DO NOT USE EMMI
