Great place!! I included pics! 5-Star place! Jeeves the concierge even provides hot towels! Bed bugs helped pay for the night!

They have Bed Bugs , People is always hanging outside and in the lobby , I had a friend who wad living there , I went to visit , and the clerk at the desk said that I have to pay $10 to visit her in her room ,...

11/13/2015 bed bug infested motel 140$ weekly rate not worth it !!.... Mice bugs drug dealers prostitues smelly mildew mold rooms and bathrooms poor customer service and tons of men women children and thugs always hanging out in front of the establishment. Fights violence do occur here it's like temporary apartments for the low income or down in and out do not come here!!!! Awful bed bug infestation.

Unexpectedly checked in to this motel to stay for 3 days,they charged me $35 for one day ,i was happy to see the Air conditioned room room with refrigerator and king size bed, later i took weekly room for $140 dollars.Only disadvantage is they are not allowing more than two persons per room that to if the persons submit face identity only .Overall i Can say this is one of the secured motel in eight mile and well worth..

I've stayed in this motel for over a few months...at first it was decent big room and bed...but I have many problems with my shower (have black mold in the ceiling) and bed bugs :/ I even can only have one person to a room and can't have more than two to three people come visit...plus management was very rude and never said anything till I had company over one day and they basically cuss me out in front of my company I was very embarrassed...if you are old or is a couple u free to be here...but for me I plan to relocate

BED BUGS AND QUESTIONABLE WOMAN!!

Stay away from this hotel. It has a bed bug infestation. The management are rude and belligerent.

When I complained of the bed begs i was told " what do you expect for the price you paid? ", then I was ordered off the property.

There was a woman covered in scabs and bandaids walking around in her underwear in front of her open door next to us. She had her drapes and door open wide.

Stay away!

It was the wrost room id ever been to. I only had been there for a hour n got biten by bed bugs they gave me another room and I still got bite.....

I stayed at the royal inn for two days and i was quite surprise that the rooms was big and they had refrig and a king size bed in it all for the price of 35 a night. They serve coffee and cookies in the morning but the only thing that i did not like was the desk clerk attuide when i was checking out. It was near stores and great places that deliever. For the area it was worth the deal.
