Disrespectful! He talked very disrespectful to a woman customer. You have to have respect for your customers! Customer service awful! I will never go there!

This place is great everyone goes out there way to help u...it's an actual shop as well as a tire shop...I called about some tires for my car all around...I forget who I talked to...but he gave me a great deal on some Hankooks...upon my arrival he came to me and said he didnt like the way 2 of the tires looked...so he gave me 2 higher end tires to compensate me...never felt taken advantage of, felt like I was a valuable customer...and will definitely go back for more work even other than tires...

I just bought a used car with low profile tires and within a week I hit a pothole and flew out my front right tire. I had my car towed to a mechanic friend's place who knew I was on a tight budget and although he was going to give me a "mates' rates" discount he suggested I shop around for a set of used tires to save some money. After calling about two dozen places I called Tire Outlet and spoke to Calvin. Calvin went out of his way to help me and to ensure that the tires I was getting were great used tires with matching rims. I admittedly do not know much about tires and rims so he walked me through it and explained everything. He even found one of the tires he was going to sell me had a nail stuck in it and told me he would find me a new tire because that was defective. In all honesty, he could have easily sold me that one because the hole was barely visible. I never felt like I was taken advantage of at Tire Outlet and he was patient, respectful and totally reasonable. I highly rate this place and will definitely give him repeat business and recommend him to friends and family.
