Kind environment and helpful staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Lewis for almost 30 years. He listens without trying to rush me and has been able to diagnose correctly more than once when a specialist couldn't. On occasion if he wasn't available, I had to see another doctor there and I've been highly pleased with every one.

I have been going there since 2013 and have always been treated excellent. Great doctors, they truly care about their patients.

I am new to Ferndale Family Medicine. I have only been seen there twice. I received my statement dated 10/30/14. Today, 11/8/14, I received a past due letter. Really! I have never in my life failed to pay a bill. FCN must have very little faith in their patients if they send out a past due notice EIGHT days after sending out the statement. Shameful.
