Dr. Chen is very soft spoken so it is difficult to hear her at times. The place is inviting and I was really happy to get a cup of coffee. The only thing I wish would improve is the seating in the lobby. The benches are uncomfortable when sitting here for 2 hours. Other than that, I am very pleased with APD.

Dr. Chen is wonderful. She is so patient and caring.

My daughter has been requesting to come back to apple pediatric since her first visit. she has had in the past a terrible experience with her past dentist. Dr. Chen and associates made her comfortable enough to ask to come back.
And as a mother it is good to see her fears being addressed and smoothed away.

I have children ranging in age from 5 to 18. We have been very happy with their experience here. The staff is especially good at working with my younger children to make sure that they are comfortable. Both my 5 and 7 year-old look forward to coming to the dentist!

we always get appointments when we need them. easy to schedule appointments when needed the nurses are nice.

My children have had the most incredible experience with Dr. Chen. My youngest was extremely scared when we started coming here. Dr Chen and all of the assistants have made her feel very comfortable. My middle child has Autism and moves around a lot, and everyone has been extremely patient with him!

They had explained about teeth being being soft easy to get cavities. Gave me ideas on how to work with little ones. Listen to what I had to say.

Dr. Chen is very kind and explains information very clearly. Dr. Chen is the provider for both of my young boys and they enjoy her as well. She is gently, funny and professional.

Dr Chen listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. She is gentle and comforting with my daughter.
