I have been taking my Chihuahua and larger mixed breed here for more than ten years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. A few years back, my chihuahua would have had to been put down if he hadn't had a necessary operation. Whatcom Veterinary Hospital worked with us so we could afford it and today he is a healthy, happy, gray, old dog! They really do go above and beyond.

I took a puppy in for a health certificate this morning and on the way in the puppy had diarrhea all over herself and her crate. The gals that work there were an amazing help! They bathed the puppy, cleaned out the crate and gave the puppy such tender loving care to help ease her anxiety! I couldn't have asked for anything more to have been done! I thought that was way beyond the call of duty! Thank you!

I have taken our Beagle there since moving to Bellingham. They have gone above and beyond to help her thru some medical emergencies and general care. The Dr.s are very caring and never rush you or make you feel like your pet is just a animal... they know, and care for your family member!

I took my 6 week old puppy in here when he got bit by another dog. These guys were GREAT with my pup, made him feel comfortable, me feel comfortable, and he healed without problems after staples, antibiotics, and anti-inflammatories. A+ rating from me!

Don Aupperlee has a great attention to detail, is caring and most importantly knowledgeable. He listened to me and understood my need. I have a large breed, somewhat anxious dog. the whole staff showed a loving attitude :)

I have had my kitty for 3 years and he has had numerous health issues and I have seen a number of vet clinics around the area. NONE have been as helpful and caring as Whatcom Veterinary Hospital. They truely care about me and my cat, I will never bring my animals anywhere else!

I've brought a number of my animals to Don Auperlee over the years and he's got the best rapport with animals I've ever witnessed. His team is thorough, efficient and effective. It's clear they love animals and furthermore, they don't do what's not necessary. They communicate with you every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
