This is a company with a heart. They care about their clients as well as the people they place in the clients home. The staff works hard at making sure the clients needs are met . If there is an emergency, no matter the time of day or night, they are there, doing their best to ensure things run smoothly. I have been with the company for a good while and with the same client for over a year. To me, that speaks volumes. I would reccomend them to everyone!

I have worked for Personal Homecare Services (PHS) for 4 months , and i would never recommend anyone to work here or call them for services . All they care about is getting their money . They have no care for any of there CNA's , and they never call to check on the client . I have a licens for this type of work, they do not honor that i have a licens and that im doing this professionally . I have been judged and terminated out of jobs without evaluation even though i did my job correctly, followed all the rules, and performed my job like i was taught to in school. i am 21 years old and with this job i feel like everything i've been brought up to beieve, and taught in school dosen't matter . I have also been screwed out of my money that i earned . This is a 7 and 7 job , u stay at a clients house for 7 days , and your off 7 days , so any money u make is hard earned ! Also u have to Travel places , which is not a problem , but when it come to traveling at the discretion of the client , you are intitled to gas mileage , which i have still never recieved and was told i had to suck it up . There contract that the clients sign says one thing , but doesn't mean anything . even the clients that is mentally well and has no mental issues are allowed to talk and treat the CNA's any way they like . Even the clients family members are allowed to do this ! So if you are looking to being treated professionally as a CNA , this is not the place for you to be .
