I would have got impatient with your 3rd grade display also and the owner had your pawn ticket all wrote up, you changed your mind, how frustrating ! Then you used an excuse for being a problem, if I was him I would have called the police and had you removed ! CM Pevely, Mo

I am a frequent pawn shop visitor and I have never received such poor customer service anywhere. I was trying to decide which jewelry to pawn and started to say I wanted to add a piece to get more money so I could cover bills in my checking. Instead of letting me finish the owner said, "if you change your mind you owe me $2 for writing out this ticket". Well, this was shocking to me how rude he was so I grabbed up my items and told him I would take my business elsewhere. He still insisted I owed him the $2. Well, to make matters worse I was decreasing medication at the time for my anxiety disorder and depression so I started to cry (I couldn't control it). This man actually held up his hand and said, "control your emotions that's not how you do business". Now, this man portrays himself as a Christian man (due to signs in his shop). "Christian" individuals such as this are the reason why I don't attend church. He did not know why I was emotional....a true "Christian" would probably have asked before assuming. I think this person needs to take a look within himself...a little compassion and understanding of people goes a long way Christian man!! Needless to say, I will never do business here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here!!
