Had spinal lumbar fusion was in hospital for 5 days so my daughter ordered me a bed from this company so I would be able to get in and out of bed easier for recovery lady said 175 dollars cash only for 30 days ,got bed had it for 2 days it was horrible couldn’t get in and out of the bed , called company told the lady come get the bed couldn’t use it was making my pain worse,the lady says I told your daughter no proration , no refunds we can come get it I’m not giving you any money back, i said seriously I paid 175 cash you can keep 50 dollars for delivery and pick up ,I would like at least 125 dollars back , she said no I may as well just let it sit in my house for 30 days they don’t do refunds , I have a contract doesn’t state no refunds and she never told my daughter that either. This company scams people out of money , have no compassion for people when they are hurt , just out to make a buck and screw people. Find somewhere else for your equipment needs .
