Employees rude and not helpful. Just act like the don't feel like helping you. Local gun shops are so hit and miss. This one was a miss.

I bought a .380 auto from Show Me Tactical in June of 2015. It jammed on 13 of 15 shots right out of the box. I called them and said I wanted my money back or a different gun on the same day I bought it. They told me all sales are final and it was a warranty matter. No help at all. They said the manager would call me. One month later I am still waiting for that call.

Been stopping in here often. The staff is friendly and so helpful. They go out of their way to offer tips and suggestions for shooting and have a great supply of guns. I have bought several firearms from them and would (and do) recommend them to friends and family.
