I live in Alaska, and for Mother's Day I ordered the deluxe Faith Hill 'Charm Her' arrangement for my mother who lives in Festus. This gorgeous arrangement has a red vase, red roses and other flowers, and a beautiful glass heart pendant hanging around the vase. It cost around $80. The day before Mother's Day, this florist delivered an arrangement to my mother. However, it was NOT the Faith Hill Charm Her bouquet that I had ordered. It was something completely, entirely different and didn't resemble what I'd ordered at all. It was in a clear vase, had ferns and other greenery, big ugly flowers (no red roses) and a polka dot ribbon around it instead of a glass heart pendant. I called them about it and the man was totally unapologetic. He said they had run out of this arrangement early in the week. I asked why he didn't email me so I could cancel or change my order and he said, "Look, I had 200 orders sitting on my desk. I didn't have time to go through each order one by one to make sure we had exactly what they wanted." A woman who works there told my mother that they never even had that particular arrangement in the first place---ever. This, in spite of the fact that it is shown on their website, which is where I ordered from.
Take my advice and choose a different Festus florist instead. Otherwise, you can order what you like from this florist, but they are going to send what they want and not necessarily what you paid for.

Provided by YP.comI was so lucky to find MIchael from The Flower Patch in Festus, MO. My son is a naval officer and is currently deployed on a nuclear submarine. When he left, he asked that I arrange for flowers to be sent to his wife for Valentine's Day. His lovely wife is staying with her parents in Hillsboro, MO. I wanted to find a local florist to do business with vs. dialing a large network florist. He was so helpful and went out of his way to create a lovely arrangement. He even texted a picture of the arrangement to me so that I could see it! And to top it off, he went out of his way to have this arrangement delivered to my daughter-in-law, even though she is outside of his delivery area! Talk about top-notch customer service! Thank you Michael. I am so grateful!

Provided by YP.comOriginally I had a major customer service issue with this establishment on Valentine's Day, and the owner Michael Nickelson stepped up and went ABOVE and BEYOND to assit me and make things right! I will definitley be using them again in the future, because they stand by their promises and commitments to their customers, and if something isn't right, they not only will fix it, but leave it better than how they found it. Thank you Michael!!!

flowers were beyond our expectations... Fresh,, Beautiful,, Just what we had ordered and then some/
Michael had extra roses and brought them for us to use on the table at the reception.... thanks again for outstadig service//
