Happened upon TotallyTrips 8 years ago when booking my destination wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos.
Called their 800 number found at the bottom of the website.
Been with them ever since.
I am a seasoned traveler, having worked for National Geographic for a time.
Gave due diligence when researching a destination.
Dependent on online reviews.
Leaving no stones unturned.
So, I know of what I speak.

But, finding TotallyTrips was pure happenstance.
And a most fortunate occurrence, at that.

Anytime I've had an issue, I knew that resolution was only a click away.

We booked a trip for my destination wedding to Cancun through **Gayle Ailshie** and she was SO AWESOME! She booked a total of 17 of us, and everything went so smooth. Not only did she help tremendously with travel arrangements, she helped me pick out things for my wedding such as flowers, decoration, etc.. She definitely went above and beyond for everyone. I had a question at 11:00pm the night before we left and she responded within 3 minutes. Couldn't have been more pleased!! Will be booking again through her on our next vacation.

Been booking online with Totally Trips for the past 10 years, when I happened upon them after booking with one of the discount booking sites for an escape to St.Lucia. Found the exact same trip and accommodations on Totally Trips for HALF the price. Fortunately, I had insured the trip and immediately cancelled and rebooked with Totally Trips. Any, and all bookings since have been exclusively with Totally Trips. Many people are under the impression that booking with a travel agent is more costly, but that is not true. The commission that they receive comes from the resorts, not the consumer. And the best part of this experience is that if there is any issues during your trip you have a name, a number, and a website to a real person to help resolve any issues! So what do you have to lose?
