Bella Sonoma is less than okay...

Bella Sonoma is less than okay. The walls are extremely thin and sometimes you have to remind maintenance 3-4 times to fix something. For example my dead smoke alarm batteries. It sounds like an easy enough fix but who has a ladder that tall just laying around? I didn't so I had to rely on them. I couldn't go to work because I couldn't sleep until the issue was resolved as the things chirp none stop until fixed. I just recently moved out and was shocked when I only received $200 back from my $750 REFUNDABLE deposit, $250 of which was for my pet. I was only charged $3 for cleaning because I left the place spotless but I guess they decided it was time for new carpet so they would bill me for it. That's the only conclusion I can come to because no way would carpet cleaning be nearly $400 for a one bedroom apt less than 900 sq ft. What a joke. I also didn't receive my deposit refund back within 14 days either, which is required by law. I have always received my full deposits back from every place I've lived. I won't be recommending this place to anyone I know. Lucky for Bella Sonoma that I moved out of state or I'd see them in small claims court.
