It's quite shady place. I think my biggest mistake was trusting "used car salesman". I got 2014 MDX just hitting 30K miles. but the tires was worn out a lot. but the salesman (Young Park) said that's usual original tires life. so I trusted him since he is Korean like me. when I did test driving, I got a lot of disturbing. he kept talking and pressing many switches(it was IDS button). After I purchased the MDX , I realized something was not right. car started vibrating when I brake and felt like the car was driven more than on odometer. I asked to fix the brake issue but he didn't call me back again which was same as I asked second driver key. buying new car, I guess the price and brand is matter but buying used car, you'd better find reliable dealer. good lessons learned with spending more than $30K.

Service department is outstanding. I have been using Hinshaw's to service my Acura's and Honda's since 1991 and have never had any issues. Honest and always friendly.

I bought a used car from Hinshaw Acura in Fife WA , my check engine light came on right away . I took it back right away they turned it off and said the gas cap causes this issues . a little over over s month my car blew up. . The manager of the used cars said they just sold over a 9,000 dollar car to a costumer and it was taking quarts of oil every week and wasn't under warranty and he bought a car from his son that was also bad . They sold it it to a private party . I would never buy a used car from them again . I paid cash for my car and and now it's worth nothing . I would never advise to buy a car from them . The manager just laughed in the phone . I earned my money and went to them trusting they had a good reputation .

I just bought 2007 tl from them had great experience and especially Anmol Singh really good guy took care of us I'm going to recommend them to all my friends.

Purchased a 2004 Acura MDX from Hinshaws and I enjoy my 'new' vehicle. Keith was pleasant to work with and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing. Keith had my car waiting for me out in front with the black paint shining in the sun. Thanks for helping me get my first luxury SUV! The price would have been better if it was lower, but I can't expect to have a nice car without paying for it :)

Just purchased a 2014 Acura MDX from Hinshaws. They were fair, straightforward and respected my time. They made an offer, I countered and we came to a fair agreement. The salesperson was professional and the sales manager came out to make sure I was happy. I am 100% satisfied and I highly recommend Hinshaws.

Do not go. These guys treated me a woman buyer like I was stupid. They offered me a very low trade in and didnt reduce the sticker price of the new car I wanted to buy. I spent about 2 hours going back and forth. I felt beat up. I left and looked up the same car on Build your own Acura on Acura.com. I called lynnwood Acura and they made the deal with me, saving me over $3000 for the exact same car and options except I bought a new 2014 instead of the 2013 they tried to sell me. I will never buy another car from these guys.

I have an 2005 Aucra TL 6 speed man 160k and 2003 Toyota Camry 103k serviced at Hinshaw for prevoius 3 years. The service and parts departments are excellent. Kelly service department is beyond approach. All members of his team are professional with explaining every detail that my autos require to make the second 100K as pleasant and trouble free as the last 100k.

After a stressful and unsuccessful visit with Acura of Seattle(Southcenter), I was delighted to find the opposite experience when purchasing my new Acura TL at Hinshaw's Acura in Fife. Alan was wonderful and we had the opportunity to meet with the manager, Mike. All of the cars are reasonable with their starting price. I am detailed and quite particular but Alan listened and understood all of my concerns. I definitely recommend this dealership.

came in for a simple oil change, and got the best service. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Opened my door, pulled my car up all with fast and friendly service ! Best Service department around!

Great car. Great buying experience. Intelligent and fair people. At the end of a long day of test drives, we immediately found the right car and a knowledgable sales rep in Keith J. @ Hinshaw's. It's rare and refreshing to find a sales rep who genuinely knows a car this passionately inside and out, and does not suffer an emotional meltdown if you don't agree to buy immediately after a test drive (happened to me elsewhere). This experience was more of an education process among enthusiasts than a sales process -- with facts and details about the car's structure, performance and design. We felt we were purchasing the best, top-of-the-line luxury model at the store. All around, this was an exemplary buying experience, and the TSX is getting rave reviews from every driver in the family-- and 28 mpg combined, to boot.

I purchased my Acura MDX from Hinshaw's Acura. The staff helped me choose the right car for me and my family. We are glad we made the decision to buy at Hinshaw's. I continue to use Hinshaw's Acura to service the MDX. They take great care of me and my car. In fact, I also take my Honda there for service. Fortunately, I haven't needed any service other than routine maintenance because I have no troubles with my MDX. Service is quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

My wife and I wanted to buy a reliable Luxury SUV. We checked MB, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Volkswagon, Volvo, and Acura. Acura MDX was the best all around with the best resell value and low maintenance. Keith Jackson was our sales rep. He was very helpful and not pushy showing us the 2013 Acura MDX. We did not have to haggle over the pricing too much. He showed us how customer service should always be before and after the sale.



If you are looking for a Honda or Acura, I would strongly recommend Keith Jackson!!!!
