Stay away from Sales Rep John Kelly at the Camping World Satellite Office for KM Resorts. He ask my wife, 3 1/2 year old daughter and myself to leave after asking him the details of the basic membership and if things could be add or taken away to fit our wants and needs. We went right over to the main office and met the owner sitting at his desk right in the foyer, he apologized for the experience we went though and got us set up with Adrian who answers our questions and got us into a different membership that fit our wants and need. Request Adrian if you are looking at KM resorts.

The following is an email I sent to the Owner of KM: The only response I got was him asking me twice if anyone had contacted me. Stay away from this campground membership!!!





I have been a member for a few years now and decided that since I no longer visit WA that it was time to sell the membership. I placed an ad on Craigslist and got a reply right away from John Hanna. See below: I thought how nice it is that your company would assist in the transfer. I contacted John with 2 people that were all ready to buy my membership and I put them in touch with John.



Since then I had another buyer all ready except to sign the papers and when I tried to call John he would not return any of my calls. I was then contacted by Dave who said he also was in charge of transfers. I received a fax from him to sign and he was going to take care of the rest with the buyers. I contacted the buyers and they said they changed their mind and when I asked if Dave tried to sell them another membership she told me YES.



What is going on here? What type of deceitful practice is this to have me refer a buyer for my membership which I bought in good faith and because of circumstances beyond my control I can no longer use, and then have your salesmen who are in charge of membership transfers take my buyer and sell them another membership. This is a very deceitful practice.

Stay AWAY!! They will lie through their teeth to get you to join and negate obligations. The parks are not what they seem and the company is poorly run and dishonest. Don't waist your money; my family did and we regret every cent of it.

Top notch professionals and the properties are beautiful

Do not buy a membership! High yearly dues, average "resorts" and adequate campsites. Typical RV park, high pressure sales, exaggerated claims as to associated parks (hardly any in the SW where I was going) and no help for me to try and re-sell my membership after 11 months (used the park about 4 days!!!) There goes $4000 dollars of my retirement funds, very poorly spent! My bad for being a virgin to the RV Park membership scams. It is OK for RV families, who just want to stay in the RV, send kids out to play.

Don't EVER buy anything from them! They have high-pressure sales tactics designed to bilk you out of thousands of dollars. Then they won't return your calls or emails afterwards. They completely ignore you.



It's a total scam! Stay away!

dont waste your time and spare yourself the heartbreak . they are nice for a short ammount of time then they drop the bombs on you. then they hold you hostagee for the ammount that you owe. nice property , BAD employees
