Have been a loyal customer since shortly after this station opened. One of the first times I was there a gentleman inside the store asked me if I liked the facility and if I had had a chance to use the vacuum services associated with the car wash. I told him I had not and he responded that I was welcome to use them any time I came in for fuel or food. I have used them many times since and go out of my way to fuel at this station so I can keep my vehicles clean. This past week after fueling my truck with $100 of diesel I proceeded to go to the vacuum stations to clean the floor mats and was immediately approached by a man who asked me if I intended to use the car wash. Since my truck has dual rear wheels I am quite sure he already knew the answer to the question. When I responded that I could not use the wash he told me that I could not use the vacuum facilities. When I told him of my prior conversation inside the store quite some time ago he stopped just short of calling me a liar saying that could not have happened. When I asked him if he thought I was lying to him he said "I am the manager of the car wash and the grocery store and I'm telling you that could not have happened". I let him know that was a very troubling position to take and that he had just lost a very good customer. His response was "fine"... Doesn't make much sense to lose a customer that spends an average of $300-$400 a month of fuel that they can't use a vacuum cleaner while they're there. From now on I'll use my shop vac and fuel at a local station.
