Joy left me under the dryer for an hour and fifteen minutes with bleach on my hair. Which resulted in blisters and burns all over my scalp and hair line. I couldn't lay on my head for 2 days. Also 1/3 of my hair broke off to 1/2 inch. I had to cut all my hair to an inch, and it has taken 6 months to get rid of the damaged hair. When confronted, she was very rude and loud. Take my advice and avoid this business.
