TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: It was a blessing in disguise when your staff refused to help me. I went to Sears and purchased a BETTER battery for a LOWER cost! My father had recommended Auto Zone so I went there first. The woman left me standing around for over half an hour waiting on someone to come back from lunch. When I realized there were actually 4 people still working in the store, I challenged her on why I was waiting. So, she finally checked my battery. Then she told me she couldn't install it because there was a bar over the battery. She suggested I buy one and take it to Sears or Muffler Bros. for installation! I called Sears and they said they could take care of me immediately. Needless to say, I won't be going to Auto Zone again.
