Excellent work, done faster than expected, priced right, friendly service. Her hours are clearly stated on her door, phone book ad and her business card.

This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I called at 9:30am and a lady answered with a hello... I asked her if I was calling the right place and if they do alterations. She got snippy with me and said "I dont open til after 10am" I apologized and told her I would call her back later... I thought to myself then why are you answering your phone & since it is so close to 10 and you already answered why not follow up with a "but I can help you anyway". I was on my way to work when I had called, so I called her back after work at 5:30pm. She answered again (with an attitude) and said she only works until 5pm (again why are you answering the phone then?). She stated she only works weekdays from 10am-5pm. I simply asked her if she had any weekend hours and she said to me "Well not if I can help it!" (again in a very snippy tone). I said "Ok thank you, I will just have to look for someone else then." and in a very rude way she said "Good luck with that!" In my opinion, this is NOT a professional place and I will NOT recommend her to anyone! Sad thing is, I had quite a bit of buisness to offer her and she could have had a loyal customer as I am ALWAYS needing things altered!
